With the help of the pros, was able to follow the video with ease. Pulled the power cord from the wall socket, turn off the water and by taking out two screws and two little bolts from the back of timer cover and disconnected the lid switch. Open up the lid tilted the outer shell about 45 degrees and the shell came right off. Pulled the Ivvb Assembly off and replaced with new Ivvb assembly. Put every thing back together the same way I disassembly it.
