I went on line and found your U-Tube video. It was so helpful. My husband was very doubtful that I could repair the machine, But it literally only took me 5-10 minutes to fix the machine. Keith R Billings , MT March 16, 2014 Appliance: Maytag Washer NTW4500VQ1 Rinse cycle not working on washer. With the help of the pros, was able to follow the video with ease. Pulled the power cord from the wall socket, turn off the water and by taking out two screws and two little bolts from the back of timer cover and disconnected the lid switch. Open up the lid tilted the outer shell about 45 degrees and the shell came right off. Pulled the Ivvb Assembly off and replaced with new Ivvb assembly. Put every thing back together the same way I disassembly it.
