Charlotte D Athens , WV November 22, 2016 The roller ring had a broken wheel I ordered the wrong ring first, sent it back, and ordered the correct part. Once it came, I simply replaced the old one in the bottom of my microwave, placed the glass plate on top, and everything was great. There was really no repair necessary on my part.
