Theodore M Carmel , IN December 19, 2016 Appliance: Model KITCHEN AID REFRIGERATOR KSRS25QAAL10 The rollers on a lower refrigerator shelf with pull out/drawer unit had broken off We simply replaced the frame that held both the shelf and the drawer. The rollers were part of that frame. All we did was set the notched frameon the appropriate "prongs" which stuck out of each side of the compartment.
