Karen E Franktown , CO March 31, 2014 Rollers had broken off of the frame (fridge is 15 years old) I found the model number inside the fridge and order the correct part after finding it on the diagram. The part came quickly in only a few days. I removed the glass, then the old frame. I put in the new frame easily and put the glass in place. Very simple and easy. No tools needed at all! Thanks! So, I ordered a new one from AppliancePartsPros on Monday, August 17th. It arrived by Fed EX the next day. My husband and I just looked at each other, we couldn't believe that kind of service. We live in the country, 60 miles from a dealer that MIGHT have it in stock. He dropped the new frame in place, slid in the meat pan drawer and that was it. Read More...
