I did some research on line after we had a service professional out and he could not determine the fix. I removed the bolt attaching the rotor assembly, removed the rotor and saw that it was partially stripped. Went on to partspro.com put in model #, and part required, and ordered it. I added the bolt to my order, and received the parts in three days. Put the part on in about ten minutes and the washer is like new again running great.
