I bought buy close washer used. I was told it needed a part so I ordered it from Appliance Parts Pros because my dentist boss he had used them before and they seemed to be good. It was an odd part so it took around 3-4 months to come in. I put it in and the washer still didn't work. After 2 not very smart repair people and about 8 months of procrastination on my part, finally the third guy said I needed a different part. Appliance Parts Pros had the new part, accepted wrong first part in return and sent me the new part. Now my washer works and I'm so happy! Not many companies would be so understanding without any begging, pleading, etc. on my part, they just took the wrong part and sent the new one and worked out all the credits, etc. I recommend these guys to any one needing real help. Honest, trustworthy, and easy to deal with.
