Looked up possible causes on line and found video about trouble shooting. It said to check starter cap and run relay on side of compressor.
Removed both and found both were bad .ordered replacements on line from appliancePartspros.com.
Installed new parts and is working properly. This repair job was on a 2012 Frigidaire refrig.
You would think a refrig. Would last longer than 4 years. The original parts and the replacement parts were light weight and cheaply made.
I'll probably be doing this repair job in another 4 years .
Trouble shooting and the final repair will take no more than two hours. About 50$ for parts and shipping all total
