I went online and ran the model number and found the updated version of the rack I needed. This was for a rental property of mine. I ordered and had sent to the tenants, direct to the property. The rack was back ordered but quickly became available. I received updates and then when it was on the way I received an email, forwarded it to the tenants so they were aware it was on the way. I've used Appliance Parts Pros for simple part replacements on my rental properties to save my clients the cost of sending out an appliance company diagnostic fee $80-$95 to drive out and diagnose and then the cost of the part and second trip charge. This makes sense for simple parts that can be pulled out of a box and placed in the unit. I have called and talked to customer service in the past and found them to be very helpful and professional. I recommend them highly.
