Watched the online videos and took heed of similar posting. the only issue I had was that my control panel was not attached to the housing with screws but instead was attached with spring clips. It took me a while to find a help video that mentioned this. The dust cap inside the agitator was difficult to pull out because of water scale. I used a Velcro cable strip slid under the handle to gain leverage where I could pull it out. Cleaned the interior of the agitator and lubed the o-ring on the cap before replacing. The spanner wrench is a must have to facilitate the removal of the spanner nut. It took a total of 1.5 hours to do this repair but that includes the time going back and forth to the videos for hints. Actual time would have been less than 1 hour if I had better prepared.
