Ordered the first part by model number only of my Samsung dryer and when I took it apart it was wrong. Should have used the serial number also but didn't. Called tech support Kathy and she was very helpful. After providing the serial number I then received the correct part as scheduled on time. Watched the repair video step by step and was very useful. I am 69 years old, retired, and have a little problem getting around but the repair was somewhat easy. My biggest problem was getting the drum belt and tensioner back on, so I requested help from my son-in-law. He got it right on for me. Sure I saved a couple hundred dollars doing it myself. I would do it again.. My only problem was that it wasn't drying and I took chance it was the heating element and it was the right call. It did help using a battery operated drill with a magnetic tip to take out and put in the screws, not to drop them Also my dryer is on a pedestal and I didn't even have to move it.
