Kelly P Denver , CO August 24, 2015 Heat went out on our samsung dryer dang bad timing We watched the Video from Appliance Parts Pros of how to repair our dryer and literally had it fixed in about the same amount of time as it took to watch the video. Taking the dryer apart is typically what would scare one away from a self repair...but it was explained in detail and actually was super easy to fix. What a wonderful company!! Self fixed and saved us from having to wait for a repair man and we didn't have any repair bill....except for the part...but even that was at a very reasonable price. Darrell M Alta , CA September 18, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Dryer DV520AEP/XAA-0001 Dryer will not count down ( timer issue or bad parts) Staff very helpful ,,,,,,, while I did find a broken heater. Cleaning the dryer with compressed air fixed the issue. Moisture Sensor Dryer Thermistor do not like a covering of Dust no electrical likes a layer of dust when its trying to sense. This condition was hard to find anything on internet which is why I'm commenting. Slow count down was due to Dual Dryer Elements and one was broken. The NO count down was due to covering of Dust all over all Sensors.
