Samsung DC93-00154A Dryer Heating Element Assembly OEM Part

We watched the Video from Appliance Parts Pros of how to repair our dryer and literally had it fixed in about the same amount of time as it took to watch the video. Taking the dryer apart is typically what would scare one away from a self repair...but it was explained in detail and actually was super easy to fix. What a wonderful company!! Self fixed and saved us from having to wait for a repair man and we didn't have any repair bill....except for the part...but even that was at a very reasonable price. Wahoo....now...back to my laundry....

Staff very helpful ,,,,,,, while I did find a broken heater. Cleaning the dryer with compressed air fixed the issue. Moisture Sensor Dryer Thermistor do not like a covering of Dust no electrical likes a layer of dust when its trying to sense. This condition was hard to find anything on internet which is why I'm commenting. Slow count down was due to Dual Dryer Elements and one was broken. The NO count down was due to covering of Dust all over all Sensors. Yes I bought 2 new sensors while dryer disassembled and consider down time the additional $20 well spent

Tested ohms in thermal fuse and found it open. I decided to replace the entire assembly which included elements, thermal fuse and hi limit thermostat.

I purchased a new heating element from AppliancePartsPros. I watched a youtube video and replaced the heating element, now my dryer is working perfectly again.

Rather than troubleshoot the cause, I replaced the Duct heater assembly, thermistor, and thermal fuse. Also replaced the dryer belt. The dryer belt was very difficult to remove from the motor pulley. It took many tries before I was able to remove the belt. The belt can only be accessed from the vent pipe opening in the rear of the dryer. And just one arm can work for the belt pulley assembly. I couldn't replace the belt on the motor pulley so, after numerous tries, I removed the drum and tied a rope on the tension bar/spring. After replacing the drum / belt, I had my wife pull up on the rope so I could then easily put the belt over the pulley. Then untied the rope and removed it. This worked very well. Replacing all parts was easy except for dryer belt. Also cleaned out the lint buildup in the blower and all parts inside the dryer. All parts ordered and received were exact replacements for Samsung Dryer. Dryer now seems to working properly, and seems to run much smoother with all of the lint cleaned out.
