How to replace Control Panel Assembly. Read on-line to disconnect power and clean ribbon cable connection. Tried it first. It did work for about 1 month and the issue came back and wouldn't clear. Replaced the Control Panel Assembly (transferred the circuit board). This was for sure the problem. It started working properly right away.
