Last year, when I Googled the microwave manufacturer's name and the error code, I found a video on YouTube that showed how to access the control board and clean the contacts. That worked for almost a year. Then the "SE" showed up again, and the contact-cleaning trick didn't work. A new Google search led me to www.MicrwaveDisplay.com, where Ed Miller referred me to you. He could as easily have charged me to send him my old keyboard panel and control board, and ordered the part from you, himself, but he didn't. I ordered the part and it came in 2-days. I am a 72-year-old retired English professor--not a human-subtype known for high mechanical aptitude. But your 365 day return policy meant as long as I didn't damage the new part, it would cost me nothing but return postage to try to fix it myself. And I did! It's working fine.
