The plastic gear teeth were gone to engage the timer. How to replace Washer Timer Control Knob Assembly. Took about 20 minutes to access and replace the assy. Easy fix and works great! Excellent service and delivery. How to video was a great reference. Getting the plastic clip off the knob was the only challenge being wedged between the knobs. Once off the rest was easy.
