Ge WH12X10350 Washer Timer OEM Part

Was most pleased that you sent an authentic GE part as promised since another company, who advertised same, sent me a refurbished piece that was totally unusable. You also saved us a considerable amount of money. Since we are not knowledgeable about installing electrical pieces, we had the condo handyman do it. I watched your video. Never would have gotten it on with out that great video and information. The only procedures I had to change was I could not get the belt to get on the big pulley using one wire tie. I put the first one on like the video showed than I rotated the pulley 1/4 turn than put another wire tie on. The second one kept the belt from flipping and allowed it to rotate around. By the time the first wire tie got to where I could cut it off the belt had started on. When the second got to the front it was on. Thanks for the video. Without it I would have torn the washer apart to get to it. I also used the video on how to remove the front panel. Never would have thought it was that easy. Thanks again

Ordered new selector switch--changed switch-reinstalled control knob

I recorded my GE Washer Model Number requesting a New Replacement Parts Timer & Knob & selected the parts that were visable on line screen.into my Cart for purchase. I thought better to recheck with a live person before ordering the parts.in my cart. Good thing I did I called CS ordering dept. & found they were the wrong replacement parts in my cart. He asked for my Model Number & found the correct Timer & Knob & shipped them out to me Thankfully,He saved the day. I installed the parts with ease.I haven't tested it as yet but I will do that soon.
