Phyllis W Delray Beach , FL June 20, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Washer WHDSR316G0WW Timer washer was broken Was most pleased that you sent an authentic GE part as promised since another company, who advertised same, sent me a refurbished piece that was totally unusable. You also saved us a considerable amount of money. Since we are not knowledgeable about installing electrical pieces, we had the condo handyman do it. It was done quickly and efficiently and works just fine. Thank you for your good and honest service.------Phyllis Wolpow Read More... 18 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
Timothy G Bemus Point , NY February 09, 2019 Appliance: Model GE S3700G1WW Drive belt broke I watched your video. Never would have gotten it on with out that great video and information. The only procedures I had to change was I could not get the belt to get on the big pulley using one wire tie. I put the first one on like the video showed than I rotated the pulley 1/4 turn than put another wire tie on. The second one kept the belt from flipping and allowed it to rotate around. By the time the first wire tie got to where I could cut it off the belt had started on. When the second got to the front it was on. Thanks for the video. Without it I would have torn the washer apart to get to it. I also used the video on how to remove the front panel. Never would have thought it was that easy.
