Actually bought a new arm from your Co.. Before changing it out , I ran several dish machine cleaners, plus a 1/2 cup of white vinegar into each 'rinse' cycle. That did improve the wash results, but not good.
I actually found many pieces of a paper towel, and some cellophane.
