I've never fixed anything in an oven, but the video gave me confidence I could it. So I called APP to ensure I was getting the right part. The price was right and I couldn't believe it...the part arrived the next day! The install turned out to be pretty easy and took less than 30 minutes (I had an extra protective cover to work through). In the end, using APP the right move to make ! Next time I think about calling an appliance repairman, I'll see what APP has to offer.
