I bought this side by side fridge at a garage sale. Apparently it was not in a no-freeze environment because when I hooked the water line to it I found the water inlet valve was broke as well as the water filter housing inside the fridge. I was able to find the valve on A.P.P. website but not the filter or housing. However, within 2 minutes of activating their Live Chat, a rep had the parts and numbers of what I needed and even offered to place the order for me. I believe her name was Heidi. She was awesome. Received the parts 2 days later and they were very simple to install. Very positive experience with Appliance Parts Pro and will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to everyone.
