Purchased new terminal block and power cord from AppliancePartsPros.com and was able to replace the block and power cord which were both fried!
I didn't think to get new terminal connectors, which had melted into part of the old terminal block, so I suggest you check out the back of your range first and make sure you don't need new connectors as well.
I was actually looking for a new range to purchase because I thought it was unrepairable, but it was an easy fix and my cooktop and oven are both working great!
