Ordered the Assembly case filter. Fairly simple fix. I did not use the provided water line. I just reused the old one. The de-install took a little time to figure out how it came apart. I could not find any help for this model online.
Remove the bottom drawers, I took the glass out of the bottom shelf to figure out how to remove it. Once shelf is out, remove the screws on the side of the filter housing, remove the front cover, then you can push the retaining clips on the inside front of the housing. That will separate the housing allowing access to the filter assembly. Remove the red retaining clips, push down on the grey section around the hose, and pull the hose out. Put in new part and retaining clips and reassemble.
Taking it apart took about 15-20 minutes, while I figured it out. Putting it back together took about 5.
