Verified burners worked by swapping positions on range top. All burners worked so tested output on two bad burner receptacles. Both receptacles had no input until power level of 7 or higher was set on switch. Ordered switches and universal element receptacle kits due to age and condition of range. Replaced switches on bad large and small burners in about 10 minutes. Working fine now. Only issue was "how to videos" had a different model for removing upper portion of stove, but that was minor. Took a couple extra minutes to remove range top to access some additional screws but was intuitive based on sheet metal sections.
