Len J Savannah , GA February 15, 2016 The spider drive came loose from the back of the tub and split in half Ordered the parts from your company who were very helpful and took the machine Apart and totally rebuilt it. Did not realize when I ordered the part your firm had a video that showed how to do The whole job but found out after I had made the repairs. I then reviewed the video to make sure I had done it right. Your companies personel Could not have been more polite or helpful in helping me order the correct parts.
