Mary N Dover , DE September 25, 2017 Spring broke on flapper of LG refrigerator. Called you guys and talked to your technician who told me that the entire flapper piece has to be replaced. Still cheaper than calling and having an appliance repairman fix it. Got the part and installed in 10 minutes.
