Raymah M Newland , NC May 29, 2018 The start switch was broken and it needed another timer. The knobs were also broken. It was simple to do, after watching the video. I'm a 71 year old Nana and I had no trouble following the video instructions. Everything is working great and I didn't need to add to a landfill.
