Tamara I Hatfield , PA September 23, 2014 I was unable to select a cycle knob wouldn't advance and stay I actually called a repair service in our area. The serviceman asked questions and detected that I didn't need a timer unit but thought it was just a knob that was required. He offered to come out but the expense would be considerable. I am SO relieved that it was indeed the knob, and the dryer was fixed. In this time in our lives, every penny counts. I must applaud the serviceman for his honesty and dedication to his trade. He directed me to this website, but also added if there were any questions or problems, he would be happy to help!
