Checked thermal fuse and thermostats.
with meter. All checked good. Then checked interlock switch which is also called belt switch.
The switch was stuck and would work intermittently. Replaced switch which is easy to do.
Put it back together and the dryer started immediately.
Easy repair. Do be careful on dryer covers. Sharp edges on a few areas.
