Kathy G Jonesboro , AR December 11, 2016 Appliance: Model GTPD490EDOWS Stem on the timer was not working correctly Watched video on how to repair, ordered new timer and replaced timer. Would have taken less time if the video had said to spray the old connectors with WD40 to make them much easier to come off. Was having difficulty trying to get connectors off until I thought to spray them with WD40. They came off easily after spraying. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
