Replaced drain pump. The replacement unit appears to be oem but be advised it is different in shape from the original one. The original one has a sort of extra tube that connects it to the basic and has a wire hanger that supports it from the frame. The new one is longer and has no separate extra tube; it just fits in where the old extra tube piece did, so the new one has fewer pieces. The new one also doesn’t have a wire hanger, so it is supported only by the tube part, but it still felt quite secure. There are several videos on yt of fixing this model series and while there were a couple of minor differences it was straightforward. The biggest pita for me was having to undo the junction box and wiring in order to pull it out enough. I broke the plastic 3/8 NM clamp and luckily had one around (a 15 cent part but if you don’t have one around it’s a frustration) so careful with the wiring if you have to do likewise. Philip’s, regular, and 1/4 and 5/16 sockets only tools needed.
