Watched several Youtube videos on symptoms and figured out how to remove the cover for the dispenser. The saw left side mechanism is all afloat. Unlike the right side which dispenses water. Two pointed pins that hold the plastic linkage piece and electrical plug were both broken off, and sheared at the base. No way these could be super glued. Ordered the part a little disappointed with the $10 shipping fee but amazingly it was delivered the next day. Dispensing is as good as new again. Only took 15 minutes to fix thanks to the youtube video.
