I ordered the electronic control board. It arrived promptly. My husband replaced the existing control board with the new one and just like that we were back in business - dishwasher humming along. The part went in very easily and we saved a lot of money not having to pay a technician to repair it. I know that he used a special screw driver separate the inner door from the outer door to get to the control board, but other than that I do not know. I was not watching when he replaced the board.
