Even though I only needed to replace one of the two light sockets, I decided to replace them both and am glad I did as the second one was in bad shape as well. Replacing the sockets was very easy and was just how the video on AppliancePartsPros.com indicated. Hardest part of repair was removing the bottom panel of the microwave once I removed the screws. Apparently the previous homeowner thought that bottom plate might get away so he/she decided to flatten the metal retaining tabs or the bottom rear of the microwave against the wall. That made it rather hard to remove the panel. Once I got the tabs pulled away from the wall, the panel easily came off and the repair went quickly. Thanks APP for the video on your web site!
