I watched the repair video and attempted to pry up my stove top - but my stove top is different. My sealed burners had to be removed with a screw from the top. Unfortunately my phillips screw had a rusted/worn head and had to be removed with vise grips. I crimped the electrical connector enough to make it tight. I got a new screw and made some soup.
