With the make and model # I found your website, then ordered the element switches needed.
I then unplugged unit, pulled it out from wall, took off back panel cover. I disconnected the switches then took them off. There is also a video I watched, which was very informative. Put the new switches on, tested them, then put cover on. That was it. Most anyone should be able to do this fix. The internet is great for these things.
