Michael D Rockledge , FL November 25, 2014 Regulation of burners became intermittant would sometimes "come on full heat" regardless of knob position Unplugged stove, removed upper rear sheet metal cover. Replaced Surface unit/infinite switch(s). New units are an exact match. Easy wire trade out. Included wire diagrams were correct. Amperage draw printed on new switches varied by .5 amps with OEM units on my stove, but is not a problem in operation or performance. Mike G East Islip , NY December 06, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Free Standing Electric Range RF368LXPQ0 The large surface heating element would heat on hi when it should be low 5 minute fix, replaced large surface switch, the repair video was very helpful.It would have been nice to know that the knob shaft might have to be shortened and show you how to do it in the video. Other than that, it took me longer to move the oven out and clean under it,than to do the repair.Switch was delivered very fast.
