My daughter decided to use the blender and forgot to lock the jar in place and ground all the teeth on the coupler and the the jar assembly down to nothing. I went looking on how to fix it and found a repair video. The video sent me to your site. I bought the parts and replaced them, and for a fraction of what it would cost to replace the blender, I have a brand newish working perfectly blender! Thanks!
