I had the thermal fuse tested and came up bad. I ordered the thermal part from appliancepartspros.com and received it in two days. I install the new thermal fuse which took about 15 minutes and problem solved. great work from Meredith at appliancepartspros who told me what could be the problem at least where to start from.
