Nicolas P Fort Lauderdale , FL May 31, 2015 Thermidor downdraft ventilator would not go up down Purchased new motor with Appliance Parts. First motor came defective, would not move, but I contacted customer support and they sent a new one out immediately, that one worked fine and was able to make the repair. I normally call in an appliance repair company to work on my Thermidor appliances, but this is one appliance they didn't want to touch.
