I messed up. Appliance Pro was great helping me correct my mess up.
I am a retired electronic tech professor with a strong mechanical background. I should be qualified to change a key pad on my oven. My mistake was to work on the oven without shutting off the power. As a result, I damaged something either on the display board or the relay board or both. Appliance Pro was vary helpful in keeping the cost of my error to a minimum. They tried there best to help me get my oven in working order. They did everything that they said they would do.
