I am a retired electronic tech professor with a strong mechanical background. I should be qualified to change a key pad on my oven. My mistake was to work on the oven without shutting off the power. As a result, I damaged something either on the display board or the relay board or both. Appliance Pro was vary helpful in keeping the cost of my error to a minimum. They tried there best to help me get my oven in working order. They did everything that they said they would do. Found that half of the old gasket had been covered with old food and partially baked ,so it was hard and not doing the job. New gasket out in the pin holes for application and done.
