Ordered the replacement part, took out the old timer and installed the new.
I must say removing the old timer was the most difficult task. Hopefully newer models have screws to hold them in place rather than the ‘slot’ type fastener. However, even that was not a large time constraint. I was just afraid I was going to break something using so much force to break it loose. Alls well that ends well
