Jean E Omaha , NE May 24, 2016 Timer/control knob did not work Watched a couple of your videos and reviewed online to determine the part I needed. Removed old one and replaced. Hardest part was disconnecting the wires from the part, had to tug a bit to get it off. Easy to put back together.
