I replaced the Timer and the water fill valve. I am a good mechanic, but it would have taken much longer to replace the parts without the repair videos that I downloaded to my laptop. It would have been difficult to find the hidden screws and release tabs necessary to remove and replace the defective parts. I had the videos playing on my laptop as I was making the repairs.It was just like having an appliance serviceman standing next to me. I would be comfortable making any repair to any appliance using your parts and service videos.
