Terry H Buffalo , NY July 08, 2016 Appliance: Model ESTATE WASHER The timer was defective and the water fill valve was leaking when the machine stopped soaking the clean clothes I replaced the Timer and the water fill valve. I am a good mechanic, but it would have taken much longer to replace the parts without the repair videos that I downloaded to my laptop. It would have been difficult to find the hidden screws and release tabs necessary to remove and replace the defective parts. I had the videos playing on my laptop as I was making the repairs.It was just like having an appliance serviceman standing next to me. I would be comfortable making any repair to any appliance using your parts and service videos. William H Tujunga , CA June 30, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer CAWS966RQ0 Old knob was broken and kept coming off Obtained new knob from Appliance Parts Pros and replaced. The barbed timer stem has a center piece that must be pushed in toward the controls. If you don't accomplish this the new knob may be broken upon installation.
