Stephen K Culpeper , VA March 10, 2017 Timer and knob on dryer was stripped and would not turn Removed back plate to dryer to access the timer. I believe this was a defective part from the manufacturer when I purchase the dryer new. I have had issues with the timer knob before. I was very impressed on how quick I received the part.
