I replaced both the timer and the knob, I purchase both parts on Appliancepartspros.com and received them the next day. I was able to watch the video and it showed me step by step what to do. It was very accurate and helpful, I was able to do it completely by myself. This saved me having to get an appliance company out which would have taken a week probably and then they would of charged me a fortune to do a very easy 10 min job. I loved that I was able to accomplish the repair myself it gave me a great feeling! I think everyone should look on the internet before calling anyone for repair or work on their appliances.
