I called your company and spoke with a woman who listened to my description of the problem, and she recommended the timer part that I've ordered. After getting that part and replacing it in the dryer it worked like a champ.
I want to thank your employee for helping me get the correct part the first time I spoke with her, and it fixed the timer problem on my dryer.
