It took me a total of 15 minutes to replace both. I started at the back, removing 3 screws from there, I was able to access the timer and replaced it by following the connections. But what is remarkable is how fast Appliance Parts Pros were able to deliver the parts. I was promised around 8 days but it was outside my door in 2 days. Truly amazing.
