Was most pleased that you sent an authentic GE part as promised since another company, who advertised same, sent me a refurbished piece that was totally unusable. You also saved us a considerable amount of money. Since we are not knowledgeable about installing electrical pieces, we had the condo handyman do it. It was done quickly and efficiently and works just fine.
