You have a how to video on top loading washers but not front loaders. I hoped it would be easy but didn't know what to expect under the lid. I was happy to find a video on You Tube which answered my questions. The repair was pretty easy and I saved myself $150.00 by not having a service tech come to my home. The service techs told me it would take a week to 10 days for the parts to be ordered and arrive. You took 2 days!! Love your service. Please expand your how to videos.
